We provide services include pets grooming, pets hotel, pets spa, retail and free pickup and delivery.
Impero Pet reserves the right to refuse to groom aggressive or difficult pets with behavioural problems. The pet owner must agree to inform us if their pets is known to be aggressive or has ever bitten anyone. The owner understands that they will be legally liable for the consequences of all bites caused by their pets.
We try to get the grooming pets out within 3 hours. But sometimes there are some pets here that take longer than normal, putting us behind the rest of the day. That’s why we suggest not feeding your pet before grooming. The number one reason for falling behind has to repeatedly bathe and dry a pet that continuously relieves themself in their space.
It’s recommended to wait until all the vaccinations have been given to your pet. Until then you as the pet owner can get your pet used to being groomed by brushing or combing your pet at home. On a daily basis play with your pet’s ears and feet getting them used to these areas touched. We will be more than happy to show you how to properly brush and bathe your pet, also how to cut their nails. This is good to know since you will need to do this between grooming.
We first would try to have you present during the grooming process. If that doesn’t work then we might not be able to perform any services engaged earlier. Thus, we will return your pet.
There is no minimum age for pet boarding. As long as your pets have received complete vaccination, then we will accept your pets.

At Impero Pet, we are meticulous in keeping our environment clean and use. However, your pet might have natural odour. Hence, we recommend scheduling a “go-home fresh bath” or grooming appointment for your pet before picking it up.
Yes, we can accommodate your wishes and board your pets together in the same suite, as space allows, which is up to two pets can be boarded together in one suite. Contact Impero Team on you plan to board your pets with specific details.

Impero Pet is highly sanitary and safe. Pets in our care will eliminate in the exercise run of their room suite. These areas are well suited for this purpose, and are regularly sanitized. Our highly trained team continuously monitor all elimination and consumption behaviour, which is noted on each pet's chart.
Your pets may have one or two toys to play with in their suite during their stay. If you bring toys from home, be sure to mark them with permanent ink with your last name. Your pets' toys will stay with them in their suites and we do our best to return all toys. Occasionally, a toy may be lost during a playtime or cleaning. If you prefer not to bring toys from home, you can purchase toys in our retail shop for your pets stay.
Yes, we advise you to bring your own pet food during pets boarding period. However, Impero Pet does provide non grain-free premium grain-free nutrition pet food during their stay. Our trained Impero team will follow your instructions to make sure your pet follows his/her regular diet. By pre-bagging each meal in a separate bag labelled with your pet's name, your pet will receive the exact amount of food that you feed him or her at home.
We advise you to inform us earlier. If your pets are with significant medical needs, there are better off under a veterinarian's care.
Impero Pet hotel are fully air-conditioned for comfort purpose.
We realize that plans do change, and we wish to accommodate all of our customer's needs. So, a full refund of the deposit is provided upon 24 hours advance cancellation of the scheduled arrival date.

It is actually RM50 for two-ways journey. However, it is now FREE OF CHARGE, subject to coverage area indicated in the map, and other terms & conditions.
